Booking Rules & Info

 1.    Payment – Full payment is required before booking. No payments at the appointment.
    2.    Late Policy – 10-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment is canceled and non-refundable.
    3.    Rescheduling & Cancellations – One reschedule allowed with 24+ hours’ notice. No refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
    4.    No-Show Policy – No-shows without notice cannot book again.
    5.    No Refunds – All sales are final.
    6.    No Extra Guests – Only the client is allowed in the treatment area.
    7.    Eligibility – Must be 18+. No whitening if you have braces, sores, or untreated dental issues.
    8.    Prep & Aftercare – Upon booking you will receive important pre-appointment instructions and at your appointment you will receive aftercare instructions you MUST follow both!
